Nice clean rooms and located perfectly overlooking St. Croix River. Food in the bar was tasty (we had some pizza and burgers) and the continental breakfast in the morning had enough variety to satisfy your hunger. Great friendly staff as well! One watch out is that they have high powered heater vents that blow air right on you and wake you up constantly if you sleep next to it, so you can either not sleep next to it or shut it off, like I did. The beds are nice and comfortable and I was able to get a great night's sleep after that.

A beautiful little slice of solace, hidden away off the beaten trail. In house bar, pool and hot tub. All maintained to immaculate condition. Well insulated. The rooms stay warm when you heat them up & cold when you cool them off. 10 out of 10 will stay again. Great quite little lodge for a weary traveler, or the rug sacked buiness man.

I haven't been to the area and was stayed at the St. Croix Inn for a meeting. There were about more than 45 of us in attendance. The staff was warm and welcoming. They accomodated our large group with changes in reservations and guests' needs. The Inn is quaint and quiet. The visit was PERFECT!

Wonderful motel in Solon Springs right on a lake. Very nice rooms, very homey feel and a great staff. Their bloody Mary is the best I've ever had! Can't wait to return, going to do the lake view next time.
